CupHolderHero is so confident in our product we offer free returns within 45 days of delivery. If you are not happy with our product simply send us an email to support@cupholderhero.com We will email you a return shipping label or provide a refund depending on the situation.
If you are simply missing a piece or have lost a piece of your kit just email us and we will send a replacement.
All of our products also come with a lifetime of your car warranty if the original car you bought them for is still driving we will replace them no charge.
TIMEFRAME: Returns and Refunds will be accepted for the lifetime of the items with no limitations.
REFUNDS will be processed and returned to you within 5-7 Business Days and will be returned back to you as a credit on the card that was used to purchase the item.
PRODUCT CONDITION: Kit can be returned in any condition in order to receive a refund.
